At Caisse Populaire North Bay Limitée, all decisions are made locally by a board of directors. This board is made up of members from our community who come from various backgrounds and who are elected by the membership. You probably know one of our board members as they could be your neighbour or your local business owner. Contrary to popular belief, this board does not approve loans or mortgages; the loan decisions are made by the lending officers at the branch level.

The board's role is one of leadership and it discusses policies and maps out the course that the Caisse will take in order to remain competitive in our industry.
